Sex And Modern Life – How Much Sex Is Needed?

Distractions of social media and money worries mean that people are having less sex less frequently. Once, a decade poll of 15,000 Britons found that ages 16 to 44, people were having sex more infrequently. In the nineties, people were having sex about six to seven times a month and this has dropped from 2010 to about 4.9 times a month. It was noted that people were worried about their jobs, money and may just not be in the mood for sex. In addition to modern technologies too may be contributing behind the trend. What we do not know is whether this decrease in such an activity may also contributing to infertility with the population that is already ageing.
